WCEC has recently added staff to the Maple Grove, MN office to better serve the Twin Cities Metro region and surrounding areas.  Recent additions include field scientists and a senior project manager.  Their combined talents increase WCEC’s capacity to respond to multiple project assignments in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and beyond.

Steve Carlson is a senior project manager with over 23-years of professional experience.  Mr. Carlson has conducted emergency response cleanups following railroad derailments in Minnesota and Wisconsin, and he has managed hundreds of contaminated site investigations throughout the Midwest.  His experience includes ecological assessment, regulatory negotiations and permitting, and project design and bid document preparation for private and public sector clientele.
